FAQ

1.  If I wanted to set up an automatic payment for my HOA dues, how would I do that?

Answer: Homeowners can set up auto pay for monthly HOA dues by going to the Tri-City Management Company website...http://www.tcpm.net,click on the drop down box in the middle of the page called "Make a Payment." Choose "Surepay" and answer the questions required to set up your automatic payment account. The site is secure and your information is protected and remains private.

2.  If I want to remodel on the interior of my Santa Fe 1 home, from whom do I need approval?

Answer: To remodel on the interior of your home, you do not need the approval of the Santa Fe 1 HOA Board nor the McCormick Ranch POA Board.

3.  If I want to remodel on the exterior of my Santa Fe 1 home, from who do I need approval?

Answer: To remodel on the exterior of your hoe, you need to submit an Architectural Committee Submittal Form to our Tri-City Manager. The manager will then submit the request to the Santa Fe 1 HOA Board at the next scheduled Board meeting for discussion and potential approval. Additionally, approval may need to be obtained from the McCormick Ranch POA Board.

The Architectural Committee Submittal Form can be downloaded from the Forms tab on this site. The Tri-City Manager information can be found on the HOA Operations>Services to HOA tab.

4. What parking restrictions are in our Santa Fe 1 Rules and Regulation?

Answer:

a.  Street parking is reserved for visitors. Please use your driveway and garage for your cars.

b.  No overnight parking is permitted on the street. Overnight parking on the street is prohibited by the CC&Rs of McCormick Ranch Property Owners Association (of which Santa Fe 1 homeowners are also members).

c.  No commercial vehicles, vehicles larger than 3/4 ton, trailers, campers, motor homes, boats or similar recreational equipment shall be stored on the streets or in the driveways. Overnight parking is allowed for recreational vehicles for one (1) night only, to prepare to leave or to unpack after using such equipment. DO NOT BLOCK THE SIDEWALKS AT ANY TIME.

d.  Please do not park in front of your neighbors' houses.

5.  Where can I find the Santa Fe 1 Homeowners Association Rules and Regulations?

Answer: You can find all the legal documents including the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, McCormick POA Rules and Regulations, Santa Fe 1 Rules and Regulation on this site by click on the DOCUMENTS tab and then on Legal Documents.

8. What are the approved colors to use for exterior painting?

Answer:

Paint Color Reminders
Stucco - Yearling (flat)
Brown Trim - Plantation Brown (flat)
White trim - Pure white (flat)
The browns are from Sherwin Williams, the white is from Dunn Edwards.

All colors can be mixed at Dunn-Edwards.
